Mrs. Lewis Bailey, 81,died Saturday at a convalescent home following a lengthy illness.
The former Mary Roosen was born in Ontonagon March 3, 1880 and spent her entire life here.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and a member of the Altar Guild. Her husband died 11/22/1943 and a son Harold died 11/20/1961.
Surviving are 1 daughter, Mrs. Stanley Cane, 1 son Edwin - Ontonagon, 1 sister Mrs. Steven Dunlap, - Ypsilanti, 4 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral services held at Holy Family Catholic church, Rev. John McArdele officiating. Burial in the Riverside Cemetery.
