THE PARIS NEWS Sun., Feb. 16, 1986. 'Scottie Mable Hill, 440 Grand Ave., died Saturday, Feb. 15, at her home. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17, in Bright-Holland Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m at the funeral home. Mrs. Hill was born Aug. 22, 1909, in Lamar County, a daughter of Henry Johnson and Rosie Wooldridge Johnson. She married Curtis Hill Sr. on Oct. 25, 1924, in Hugo, OK. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church and was a member of RSVP. Surviving are three sons, W. C. (Dub) Hill of Fort Worth, Terrell Hill of Paris and Rayburn Hill of Rockwall; three daughters, Mozelle Abshire of Paris, Laverne Guilliams of Paris and Betty Rhodes of Paris; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Hill, in 1938, and two grandsons. The family will be at 345-27th NE.'
