Funeral services for Fannie Flippin 92, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 11am Saturday, Oct 19, in Murray-Orwosky Chapel. Steve Smith officiating.
Burial will be in Nelta Cemetery with Arnold Moore, Paul Moore, Larry Argenbright, Jerry Spencer, Calvin Denton and Geral Kennedy serving as pallbearers.
She was born March 11, 1899 in Anderson County to J.R. Davidson and Jo Skimore. She married William Clarence Flippin in 1917 in Sulphur Springs. He preceded her in death in 1954.
Mrs Flippin was a homemaker and a member of League St Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, Garth Flippin of the Nelta Community, one daughter Maurice Weir of Sulphur Springs, one sister Mary Stapp of Sulphur Springs, three granchildren, and three greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son.
