Last rites will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the Forest G. Hay funeral home at South Bend for Donald E. BAKER, Sr., 69, native of Fulton county who died at South Bend Memorial hospital Saturday at 11:45 a.m. Mr. Baker, who lived in South Bend 50 years, had been ill 2 1/2 years. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley memorial park. Mr. Baker was born in Fulton county Jan. 8, 1898, the son of George and Nellie BAKER. He was married Dec. 24, 1917, to Thelma DAVIDSON, who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Donald and Robert [BAKER], both of South Bend; George [BAKER], Muncie; one daughter, Mrs. Ed (Frances) WARD, South Bend; ten grandchildren; one brother, Robert BAKER, Macy, and one sister, Mrs. Florence BIRT, Indianapolis.
