SWEET CHILD CLAIMED BY DREAD DISEASE
Four Year-Old Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lib Manghelli Died Last Evening.
Stricken with diphtheria on last Friday, Margaret Helen, the little four year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lib Manghelli died at 6 o'clock last evening at the home of the parents, 1412 South I street. Although the parents had realized for hours that the child's condition was serious and that the little life was fast ebbing away, yet the shock of the death came as a crushing blow to both and the loss is one from which neither will ever fully recover.
The funeral which was private, was held at the home this afternoon, Father Biegel in charge, and interment followed in the Catholic cemetery.
