Norma Jean Wagner was born on December 20, 1939, in Coon Rapids, Iowa, daughter of Albert and Dorothy (Herron) Wagner. She attended school in Coon Rapids, Iowa. She married Richard Luckstead on July 6, 1957 in Stanwood, Iowa. She was a cook at Hale Tap for many years, and was known for her tenderloins and famous salads. She loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Norma is survived by her husband of 53 years, Richard "Lucky" Luckstead; two daughters, Cindy Jean (Timothy) Holmes and Kim (Kasey) Brecht, all of Olin; 4 grandchildren, Matt Holmes, Travis (Nicole Puetz) Holmes, Zach & Emily Brecht; and one sister Violet Brinkman of Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Richard & Leland, and one sister, Leora.
