Robert E. "Bob" Lantz was born October 3, 1921, at Salina. He died April 27, 1995, at his home in Salina. He was a Salina resident most of his life.
Mr. Lantz was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He installed linoleum, tile and cabinet tops. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a former member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
A son, Steven, died in 1993. Survivors included his wife, Marjorie; three daughters, Donna Merlette, Teresa Hull and Susan Lantz; a brother, LeRoy; a sister, Margaret Payne; 10 grand children; and a great-grandchild.
