September 12, 1932 - July 25, 2010 Leatha Marie Keltner, 77, of Kansas City, Kan., passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Providence Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2010, at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2010, at the funeral home. Suggested contributions may be made to the family. Leatha was born on September 12, 1932, in Thayer, Mo., to Amos W. and Leatha I. (Crews) Watson. She lived most of her life in Kansas City, Kan. She was a faithful member of Shawnee Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed word search puzzles, gardening and vending every Saturday at the City Market with her husband to sell their goods. Leatha was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan M. Keltner. Survivors include her son Randall M. Keltner of Kansas City, Kan., and her one grandson who was the love of her life, Jon P. Keltner and his wife Amber of Kansas City, Kan. Left behind to cherish her memory are her three great- grandchildren: Brooke, Ethan and Tyler Keltner. She will be sadly missed by her family and everyone who knew her.
