Azubah died at the home of her daughter, Cuba Fiedler, following a long illness. At the time of her death, she was 85-years-old. She was survived by 1 daughter, Cuba; and 2 sons, Elbie Bell and William Bell.
In addition to her parents, Azubah was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; 3 sons, Joseph, James and Charles; and 4 daughters, Zedna, Zola, Leta and Harriet.
Visitation was held after 7 p.m. on 03 Jul 1954 at the Fiedler residence near Batchtown. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. the following afternoon at the Batchtown Methodist Church.
Azubah was buried next to her husband, Joseph, and a daughter, Zedna.
