Born May 20, 1916 he was the son of the late George and Laura Junkins Baker.
He was a member of Central Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Vollean Kemp Baker; two daughters, Lana Drum of Maryville, TN, and Deanna Moyers of Martinsburg; three grandchildren, James Renner, Mark Drum, and Stacey Doughty; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Vera Reed of Cameron, WV.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Lester Baker; and two sisters, Mildred Tuttle and Thelma Eddy.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 1:00PM with Warren Kenney officiating at the Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 3:00PM at the Paden Memorial Garden in Paden City, WV.
