He was born Nov. 11, 1961, in Biloxi, Miss., son of Billy Sheldon Bodkin and Lucy Sewell Bodkin.
He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in data processing. He pursued his love for computer science, and became manager of network security in the field of computer forensics. Mark worked with NCIS, the Department of Defense, and most recently with the Department of U.S. Citizenship and Naturalization.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Annastine Elizabeth Bodkin.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Anjey Rodgers Bodkin of Verona; his children, Morguean Alexander Hatch, 16, and Rhiannon Olyvia Bodkinm, 7; his parents, Billy and Lucy Bodkin of Brandywine, W.Va.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2010, at McDow Funeral Home.
