Venango Citizen Press, October 31, 1934:

Mrs. Fannie Williams, 93, widow of the late Samuel Williams, died at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the home of her son, John E. Williams, of Bradleytown, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Williams was a life-long resident of Plum Township and was widely known throughout that section and was held in high esteem by a great many friends. She was a member of the Bradleytown Methodist Church.

Samuel Williams, husband of the deceased, died 17 years ago, and since that time Mrs. Williams had resided with the son at whose home she died. She is also survived by one other son, Herman Williams, of Dempseytown. She is also survived by a half-sister, Mrs. Celia Ziegler, of Warren County.
