Sumter-July,23-(special)- Mrs. Sarah Douglas, 38, died at the Toumey hospital this afternoon after a ilness of a few days.
She is survived ny her husband, Robert D. Douglas, of Pinewood, Nine children,Mrs. Grace Cato,
and Mrs. Mary Cato, both of Camden; Mrs. Sarah Ella Meyers of Rembert, Miss. Vermelle Douglas, Robert Joseph Douglas, Johnnie Mea Douglas,Marie Douglas, John Henry and Thurmond Coleman Douglas,all of Pinewood.Her mother Mrs. Vermelle Benton, and one brother , Joseph W. Bentonboth of Camden.
The funeral party will leave the Shelly-Brunson Funeral Home in Sumter at 3:30Sunday afternoon for Pisgah Church near Rembert. where funeral services and interment will be held at 4:00 o`clock.
