Nellie Ellen Burd Harris, age 77 years, of Farmington, Pa., died Sunday, Aug. 31, 1986 in the University Hospital, Morgantown. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Rhodie Savage Burd. Surviving are her husband, Robert A. Harris, Farmington; a nephew which she raised, Donald Burd, Lemont Furnace; two brothers, C. E. Brooks, Saberton Station, W.Va., and Arley Burd, Farmington; two sisters, Mrs. Carlos (Rosie) Moyers, Bruceton Mills, W.Va., and Mrs. Alex (Jean) Fekete, Cleveland, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers. She was a member of Union Chapel Church, Markleysburg. Friends will be received at the James R. Williams Funeral Home, Markleysburg, today and Wednesday and in the Union Chapel Church until the time of service Thursday, 1 p.m. Rev. Joseph Lewis assisted by Rev. David Emerson will offficiate.
