GEORGE ALONZO MOTE SUCCOMBS IN HOSPITAL IN WABASH, IN.
George A. Mote, Andrews, age 80, died at 7:30am Sat. in the Wabash cty hospital following a hip fracture suffered several weeks ago in a fall. He had been admitted for observation and treatment.

He was the son of Wesley and Martha Ann (Hudson) Mote. He never married or had children. He moved with his parents to Wabash at the age of 5, and in 1875 he moved to Laketon. He then lived in Andrews for six years. He was an employee of Standard Oil company for 32 years.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Rosa (Mote)Breeding, Andrews where he had made his home. Also a brother Riley Mote, Servia. Three brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
