Travers Pritchartt was the son of Lewis Samuel Pritchartt and Frances Mason. He married Rosanna Buckley and was living on 419 acres of land in Fairfax County located on west side of Johnny Moore Creek at Bull Run at the time of his death. His place of burial is unknown but believed to be in the area of where he lived near Clifton and what is now the Hemlock Park area. He was survived by a brother, William Pritchartt of Lexington Ky, a sister Susannah Jenkins, and his mother of Fairfax Va.
