Frank Albert Wooldridge, 86, of Jamestown, died Monday, Jan. 12, 1998, in Shepherdsville. He was born in Russell County on Dec. 12, 1911 to Fetnah Blankenship Wooldridge and James Edward Wooldridge, both of whom preceded him in death. Mr. Wooldridge was also preceded in death by his wife, Callie Mae Russell Wooldridge.

He is survived by four sons and three daughters-in-law: John Neal and Cindy Wooldridge of Winslow, Ind., James Vernon and Ruth Wooldridge of Columbia, Alford Wooldridge of Jamestown, Thomas Lynn and Diana Wooldridge of Waverly, Va.; two daughters and sons-in-law: Margaret and Delbert Pierce of Sheherdsville, Shirley and Victor Cooper of Russell Springs. Eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, also survive.

Other survivors include two brothers, Felix Wooldridge and Abner Wooldridge, both of Jamestown. He was a carpenter. Funeral services were Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 10 a.m. at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clifford Spurlock officiating. Interment was in Murray Cemetery.
