James F Colgan, a lifelong resident of the Fifth Ward, who Saturday lat, after lingering illness, was buried Tuesday from St Bridget's R. C. Church, where a requiem mass was offered. Mr Colgan was born in the Fifth Ward and was educated in the schools there. He had a host of friends and was respected by all with whom he came in contact. He is survived by a widow, three daughters and a son. The daughters are Mrs James Kearney, Misses Jennie and Sarah Colgan and the son is Mr Keary Colgan. Mr Colgan lived at 370 York Street.
