Known often as "Stewart" or simply as "R S", Randolph Stewart McKinnon, my Grandfather, was the third child and second male child born in Randolph, Utah. He was named after the first Bishop of that hardy pioneer town. Well loved, and known throughout the county, he led the Randolph Choir, which held an excellent reputation for all the 35-years that he was its director.

He married Birdie Amelia Graham, on 15 January, 1902, in the Salt Lake Temple. He and Birdie ran the McKinnon Hotel in Randolph, Utah for several years.

I recently found this article about his death and funeral on the Utah Digital Newspapers site:

To give credit where it is due: gary thornton (#47051235) created a memorial first, but transferred it to me. Since mine was more complete, I deleted his original memorial.
