EVERETT-- Barbara M. (LaCrosse) Davis Gary of 77 Francis St., formerly of Millbury, a licensed practical nurse, died Monday in Whidden Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

She leaves her husband, Richard A. Gary Sr.; five sons, Richard A. Gary Jr. of Everett, Harold Davis in New Hampshire, Alan Davis of Haverhill, Brian and Roland Davis Jr.; a daughter, Paula Davis of Spencer; five brothers, Edward LaCrosse in Florida, Donald LaCrosse of Worcester, Charles LaCrosse of North Grafton, Robert and William LaCrosse, both of Millbury; three sisters, Margaret Stockwell, Mabel Stockwell, and Rita Koziara, all of Millbury; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Millbury, daughter of Edward A. and Mary (Lynch) LaCrosse, and lived here 36 years.

Mrs. Gary was a licensed practical nurse at several nursing homes in Malden and Everett, retiring due to illness in 1975.

The funeral will be held Friday from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid's Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
