Mrs. Orpha M. Dirr, 78, of 2325 Rosewood Ave., died yesterday in Parkview Hospital.

Born in Mt. Blanchard, O., she had been a Toledo resident 15 years.

She was a member of the Rosewood Ave., Presbyterian Church, Fort Industry Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, the Flower Hospital Guild, the Educational Club and the Goodwill Industry Auxiliary. She was the past noble grand of the Maumee Valley Rebecca Lodge.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Oral Cole, Kenton, O., sons, Walter, Maurice and Osborn McKitrick, Toledo, sister, Mrs. David Bishop, Mt. Blanchard, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Bennett Mortuary, Adams St. The Fort Industry Chapter will hold services tonight at 8 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Blanchard.
