Died at his home in Elkhorn townshp, Dodge county, on Monday morning, March 15th, 1897, Henry A. Crist. Deceased was born in Herkimer Co., N.Y., Oct. 27, 1835, where he resided until 1869, when he removed to Nebraska. He lived with L.H. Wilcox for about two years when his father, mother and brother came out from New York and built the home in which he died. He leaves but one brother (Charles Eugene Crist) of all his father's family to mourn his brother's loss. He never married, and after his parents' death, he made his home with his brother. He was a member of the Masonic fraternity and also a member of the Methodist church. Funeral was conducted under the auspices of Hiram Lodge No. b2, A.F. & A.M., of Arlington.
