Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Panhandle Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Matzler, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Phenix was born Nov. 17, 1923, in Leedey, Okla. He was self-employed.
Survivors include two sisters, Jean Goldvach of Englewood, Colo., and Maxine Gentle of Odessa.
