Funeral services for Paul Pruitt, 62, of Canton, were held at the Huey Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Landmark Cemetery with Elder James Heard and the Revs. Raymond Brown and James Gayton officiating. Pallbearers were Johnny Cagle, Ray Wagner, James Pruitt, Jeff Qarner, Nathaniel Hansard and Doug Glaze. Survivors are son Hoyt Pruitt, Alpharetta; daughter Mrs. A. J. Waters, Canton; brothers Joe Pruitt, Holly Springs, Ernest Pruitt, Holly Springs; sisters Estelle Swancey, Marietta, Ruth Hillhouse, Canton, Pearl Turner, Canton; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Huey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
