She was born July 27, 1899 in Honeyville, Utah to Isaac and Margaret Baird Hunsaker, Jr.
Married Howard Loveless Austin, June 3, 1919, Salt Lake City. He died November 26, 1935.
She married Ren Bowman April 28, 1955. He died September 27, 1969.
Reared and educated in Honeyville and attended Box Elder High School. She lived in Garland, Salt Lake City, Woods Cross, returning to Garland in 1970. She worked at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City and U&I Sugar, Inc. in Garland. She was a member of the Garland 1st Ward, Sunday School teacher, member of the Relief Society, visiting teacher and visiting teacher supervisor. She was a member of the Singing Mothers. Mrs. Bowman was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
Surviving are three sons, two daughters and their spouses, Jack M. and Leona Austin, Kenneth G. and Voris Austin, Beverly and Kenneth Ross, Marilyn and Veloy Belnap, all of Garland; Monte Ray and Margie Austin, Tremonton; 25 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. William (Neoma) Hunsaker, Honeyville; one son, Keith Howard Austin, three brothers, six sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services Monday 11 a.m., Garland Ward Chapel, with Bishop Steve C. Butler, officiating. Friends may call at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 No. 1st East, Tremonton, Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday from 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. Burial: Ogden City Cemetery. N3 7/20 N1 7/21
