Sylvia Belle (Eslick) Watson, 92, wife of the late Raymond L. Watson, died Sept. 4 in a Spokane hospital.
She is survived by one son, Jack O. Watson, Stafford, VA; nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; one sister, Hester Weston, Bosie, ID; and a son-in-law, Claude Evans, Spokane; and many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Mrs. Watson was born April 29, 1899 at Daisy. She was a retired nurse, taking her training during WW1 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane. She later graduated from Montana School of Nursing at Haver. Following a career in nursing at Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, she retired to the Colville area. She was a member of the Colville Assembly of God Church.
Memorial service will be held Sept. 15 at 1 p.m. at the Orient Church.
Danekas Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
