G. F. McGinniss Funeral is Held

Funeral rites for George Fitzhugh McGinniss, 62, who died Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Richmond, were held Monday at Wheeler and Thompson Funeral Home with burial at Shiloh Baptist Church cemetery.

Mr. McGinniss was born at Index, King George County, and lived for the last 25 years in Caroline County.

Surviving are his wife, Ethel Allensworth McGinniss, one son, Kenneth Fitzhugh McGinniss; two daughters, Frances McGinniss, of Rappahannock Academy, and Mrs. W. Runyan, of Portland, Me.

Active pallbearers were Le Foe Garrett, Wirt Hicks, Tom Olive, J. Cleveland Grigsby, Irvin McGinniss, and Webster Allensworth.

Honorary pallbearers were Marshall Powell, Dick Tompkins, Edmomnd Sale, B.M. Skinker, Jr., Ellis Garrett, Wharton King, Hiter Raines, William Johnson, George Skinker, W.H.B. Williams, Dr. R.N.
