Abbie Bell White Roberts, 98, of Savannah, died Feb. 20 at Savannah Specialty Care Center.
She was born in Screven County and the widow of Emil Roberts. She was a retired bookkeeper and worked for Lane's Rexall Drug Store for many years. She was a member of Bethlehem Chapter #269, Order of the Eastern Star. She was the oldest living member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she was a member of Marvin O'Neal Sunday school class and United Methodist Women.
SURVIVORS: a son, Hallie B. White of Savannah.
VISITATION: 6-9 p.m. today at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Monday at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, burial in Hillcrest Abbey (East) Memorial Park.
She married first Herschel Southwell White, Jr. 12 June 1920 in Screven County, Georgia. She married second Emil Hayman Roberts 25 April 1947
