Alfred Sylvester Horath, 81, of Mattoon passed away May 26, 1994.
Alfred was born Sept. 30, 1912 in Effingham Co. The son of Andrew Isaac and Sarah Elizabeth Lilley Horath.
Surviving are three brothers Vernie (Mary Louise)of Atlanta, Roy (Madeline)of Mattoon, Leo of Thermopolis,Wyo; three sisters Thelma (Bill) Allin of McLean, Dorothy (Rex) Gordon and Nellie Renfrow of Mclean.
Alfred was preceded in death by his parents five brothers Artie, Irvin, William (Bill), Carl and Nolan; two sisters Susie Pearl Horath Hawkey and Pansy (Pat) Horath Woods.
Alfred was a U.S. Army Veteren of WWII
