Mary Madgalene Jarboe, 94, passed away April 28, 2010 at the Jane Phillips Nowata Health Center.
She was born on May 15, 1915 in Caruthersville, MO to the late John and Velma (Treece) Montgomery. In July of 1942, in Blytheville, AR, she was united in marriage to Marion Jarboe, her in death on Sept. 25, 1988.
She had been a member of the Caruthersville Pentecostal Church and the Womens Missionary Council in St. Louis, MO.
She is survived by one son, Marion Ronnie Jarboe of St. Louis, Mo.; three daughters, Sherry Melton of Nowata, OK, Sandra Smith of St. Louis, MO and Martha Jane Robertson of Oklahoma City, OK; one brother, John Montgomery of Caruthersville, MO and Fern Wilson Smith of Wardell, MO; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services were held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the Little Prairie Cemetery in Caruthersville, MO.
