COLUMBIA, March 31. -- Funeral services for Mrs. Angie Traylor, 95, who died here Sunday, were held today at 1 p.m. Interment was made in Columbia cemetery. Rev. Kitchenham, Bastrop minister, officiated.

Mrs. Traylor, who was the oldest white citizen in Caldwell parish, was born near what is now Corry, and lived her entire life there or in surrounding communities. She was the daughter of Hypolite Ferrand, who came to Louisiana in 1800. In 1852 she married John Wesley Traylor, and out of this union were born ten children. Her husband died in 1871.

She is survived by four living children, who are Mrs. Emma Meredith, of Pineville; Mrs. J. P. Coates, of West Monroe; Mrs. G. L. Alford, of Columbia and C. A. Traylor of Columbia. She also leaves many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
