Roy Reynolds, 80, of Huntsville, died on April 28, 2010, at Meadowview Healthcare and Rehab in Huntsville. He was born Dec. 10, 1929, at Loy, the son of Thomas Franklin and Viola Emmaline (Burgess) Reynolds. He was a farmer and a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Dima Almadean (Steele) Reynolds of the home; one son and daughter-in-law Roy Dale and Anna Reynolds of Huntsville; one sister, Sarah Jane Coble of Entiat, Wash.; one grandson, two granddaughters, three great-grandsons and three great-granddaughters.

Funeral services were held on April 29 in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Minister Larry Carpenter and Jim Hepler officiating. Interment was held in the Wharton Creek Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville. Pallbearers were Bryan Reynolds, Jimmy Brizendine, Jessie Reynolds, Jerry Ledbetter, Floyd Reynolds, and Larry Wall. Honorary pallbearers were James Berry Reynolds, Charlie Phillips, Junior Davis and Johnny Burkes.
