Bessie married Frank N. WISE on September 12, 1907, in the Weston area. Together they raised 4 daughters and one son, Faye Ellen, Mae Bell, Howard Augustus, Dorothea Alice, and Audrey June.
Bessie died on March 16, 1980, in the Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio. She interred next to her husband at the Wakeman Cemetery in Waterville, Ohio.
