Faye Ellen WISE was born August 5, 1908, in Weston, Wood County, Ohio, the oldest of the 5 children of parents Frank N. WISE and Bessie EMMERICH WISE. She was always known as Fannie to her family.
Fannie was married to Loyal DOHM, a barber from Bowling Green, Ohio. They had one child, Mildred (Midge) DOHM, before that marriage ended in divorce on October 30, 1934.
On October 19, 1939, she and her younger brother Howard went to Steuben County, Indiana, and she married Howard A. KAZMAIER and Howard married Lucile HUFFMAN. Both marriages were performed by Reverend N. E. Smith.
Fannie later married Harold HANNAN, a dockworker from Toledo. He died on September 11, 1967. They were both interred at the Wakeman Cemetery in Waterville, Ohio.
