John Thomas Anderson was born December 17, 1927, in East Township, Montgomery County, Iowa, to Gladys Forsythe and James D. Anderson. W. A. Lomas, M. D., Villisca, Montgomery County, Iowa.

REV JOHN ANDERSON
services for the Rev. John Anderson of Townie, Colorado, were held here Wednesday, April 16 at 3 p.m. at the Methodist Church. The Rev. Alvin Sigafus officiated at the services.
The Rev. Anderson was born December 17, 1927 and died at a hospital in Southwest Colorado, April 11, 1958. He was a missionary on an Indian reservation in Colorado, and a son of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Anderson of Villisca. He is survived by his wife and four small children.
Pall bearers were Hubert Anderson, Francis Diaz, Calvin Anderson, Bernard Gillett, Willard Forsythe, Jr., and Darwin Forsythe.
Music was furnished by Mrs. Elizabeth Christie who sand, “How Beautiful Upon the Mountain,” and “The Lord’s Prayer.” She was accompanied by Mrs. Mable Dunn.
Burial was in Arlington Cemetery.
