Anton “Tony” Feucht, 88, of N10277 Bluemound Road, Mayville, died Friday, July 11, 2003, at his home.
He was born on Oct. 4, 1914, in the Town of LeRoy, the son of Michael and Mary (Schraufnagel) Feucht.
On May 4, 1938, he married Katherine M. Kral in Milwaukee.
Anton farmed in the Town of Lomira. He was a member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in LeRoy, a member of Knowles Fire Department, an avid sportsman and was involved with civil defense.
Survivors include five daughters, Ruth (Gerold) Gassner of Knowles, Elisabeth (Edward) Garriety of Lomira, Patricia (Stanley) Wass of Knowles, Joann (Harlan) Janz of Random Lake, and Katherine (Lyle) Beistle of Brownsville; two sons, Anthony (Mary) Feucht of Allenton and Edward Feucht of Mayville; three sisters, Agnes Krapfl of Juneau, Marie Sabel of Fond du Lac and Elizabeth (Norman) Sabel of LeRoy; three brothers, Henry (Lorell) Feucht of Milwaukee, Leo (Marie) Feucht of Mayville, and Albert (Alieta) Feucht of West Bend; 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, in 1989; two daughters; one grandson; three sisters; and four brothers.
Services: Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 14. 2003, from St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, LeRoy, for Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, 203, at St. Andrew’s Cemetery.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 3:30 until 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2003, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, LeRoy.
