Born June 23 1911 in Page County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Solon J. and Lena Burns Alger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Jacob Seal, on Jun 1 2001.
She is survived by one daughter, Reva B. Billman, and husband, Robert of Hagerstown; two sons, Richard G. Seal and wife Lorraine of Williamsport, Maryland and Gary L. Seal and wife Judy of Hagerstown.
She was the oldest of 12 children and is survived by two sisters, Maxine Wine of New Market, Virginia and Ruth Whetzel of Woodstock, Virginia. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Debra Shaw, Vicky Billman, Jeffrey Seal, Kimberly Seal Roberts and Courtney Seal Schwartz and eight great-grandchildren. Brian Snyder, Bill Gregory, Amelia and Jocelynn Roberts, Jensyn and Adam Schwartz, Eric Seal and Holly Seal.
She was preceded in death by one son, Alvin Roy Seal; two sisters, Helen Dove and Mary Alger; seven brothers, Raymond Alger, Forrest Alger, Medford Alger, Clifford Alger, Harry Alger, Avis Alger and Kirby Alger and one grandson, Alvin Roy Seal Jr.
Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown.
