Robert Philip Cardon, 86, died July 20, 1994 in Palm Desert, California.

Born May 12, 1908 in Logan, Utah to Bartlie Temple and Jennie Murdock Cardon. He was a member of the LDS Church. Married Moveta Lawson in Salt Lake City.

Graduated from Logan High School and attended Utah State University, where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He joined the National Guard and attended the U.S.A. Flying School at March Field, CA. Owned and managed Cardon Jewelry Co., and served in both the Junior and Senior Chambers of Commerce.

Survived by wife, Moveta, Palm Desert, Calif.; and three sisters, Joan Vanderhoff, Farmington, Utah; Annette Carlos, Salt Lake City; and Lou Jean Evans, Spokane, Wash. Preceded in death by a brother, Tom Cardon; and a sister, Gayle Smith.

Graveside services Wednesday, July 27, 11 a.m., at the Midvale City Cemetery, 450 West 7500 South. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So.State, one hour prior to services.
