JOHN A. BLACK PASSES AT HOME-
Funeral services for John A. Black, 74, who passed away Monday morning at his home on Decatur 3 following a long illness, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Moulton Heights Baptist Church with Rev. W.W. Coffey and Rufus Underwood officiating.

The deceased is survived by his wife; two daughters, Elizabeth Jane Black of Decatur 3 and Mrs. Lawrence Taylor of Athens; seven sons, Vernon W. Tucker of Anniston, Lewis E. Tucker of Huntsville, H.A. Tucker of Decatur, Osteen O. Tucker of Fayetteville, Tenn, Noble Black of Italy, Hodges A. Black, stationed in the Marshall Islands and Harold Black of Decatur 3.

Pallbearers will be Jim Pettey, I.B. Smith, Isaac Wright, Will Lamon, Mr. Mooney and Mr. Jones.

Interment will be made in the City Cemetery, Brown directing.
