Death Claims Mrs. Wilson of Fletcher.
Mrs. Laura Smart Wilson, 60 of Fletcher RFD 1 died at her home about 5:30 P.M.
yesterday following an illness of six weeks. She was a native of Buncombe
County.
Surving are her husband, R. W. Wilson; two daughters Miss Clara Belle Wilson
and Miss Lorene Wilson of the home. Five sons William Glenn, Lester R., and
David R. Wilson, all of Fletcher; John H. Wilson of Cleveland, S.C. and James W.
Wilson of Arden. Four sisters, Mrs. O. G. Williams, Mrs. Jim Hudgins, Mrs. Matt
Searcy, and Mrs. Albert Harrison, all of Fletcher. Five brothers, John Smart of
Craggy, L. C. Smart of Ettrick, VA, and Tom Louis and Charles Smart, all of
California, and one grandchild. Dunn and Groce Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements which are incomplete last night.
