THE GETTYSBURG TIMES, Saturday, June 17, 1939: CHARLES M. MYERLY - Charles M. Myerly, 67, formerly of Pleasant Valley, Maryland, died at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Lester Coppersmith, Littlestown R. 2, Friday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock. Dr. Edgar A. Miller, Adams county coroner, attributed death to a complicaton of diseases. Mr. Myerly was a son of the late David and Alice Myerly. Surviving are his wife, who before marriage was Virginia Circle; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Myerly, Hanover; Mrs. Clarence Wentz, Tyrone, and mrs. Harry Hull, [Null] near Taneytown, Maryland. He was a member of Krider's Lutheran church, near Westminster, and ofthe Knights of Pythias, Frizzleburg, Maryland. Funeral services Monday morning meeting at 9 o'clock at the Coppersmith home, with a further service in Krider's church. His pastor, the Rev. J. E. McDonald, will officiate. Interment will be made in Krider's cemetery.
