Hope Blazer Parlier, 83, of Decatur died 10:10 a.m. Tuesday (May 12, 1992) in St. Mary's Hospital. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in J.J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home with visitation one hour before services on Friday. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Cemetery. Memorials: Forsyth United Methodist Church. Mrs. Parlier was born in Hickory Point Township on April 18, 1909, daughter of Albert and Sara Ann Fox Blazer. She was a homemaker. She married Joseph 'Charlie' Green on Aug. 15, 1931. He died on May 11, 1945. She married Leo V. Parlier on July 11, 1946 in Springfield. Surviving are her husband of Decatur;brother, Albert of Taylorville; sisters, Bessie Parlier of Decatur; Imogene Ramajohn of Lyons. Her parents, first husband, one brother and five sisters preceded her in death.
