Ida Jacobson, age 81, Eland, died April 28, 1963 at Wausau Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 12, 1881 in Waupun, the daughter of the late James and Gurine (Eelson) Anderson.
On August 3, 1904 Ida was united in marriage to Nels Jacobson in Wittenberg. He preceded her in death in July of 1937.
Survivors include seven children, Lydia Westphal, Carl (Evelyn) Jacobson, Orlando Jacobson, Ismar (Gladys) Jacobson, Gerda (Everett) Lendved, Nelida Helke and Joyce (Norman) Selness; and 19 grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Ida was preceded in death by a son, Walter.
Funeral services were held May 1, 1963 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Wittenberg. The Rev. M.J. Haleen officiated. Interment was in the parish cemetery.
