Mrs Eliza Moreland dies at Linton
Mrs. Eliza Moreland , 76, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jesse G. Cooke, of Linton. She made her home with Mrs. Cooke for the past 15 years. Besides her daughter she is survived by two sons, 19 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. at the Linden Baptist Church, of which Rev. Cook is Pastor, with Rev. Ford, officiating, assisted by Rev. C. T. Porter of Hughes and the Rev. P. F. Squyres of Atlanta. Interment in the Linden Cemetery under the direction of Alday-Caver Funeral Home.
