Note: Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband "Jule" Julius Houston Riley Jr., one son Julius Lee (Sonny) Riley Sr., two grandsons Julius Lee Jr and his brother John Wayne Riley and a daughter-in-law Charlotte. Also preceding her in death were her parents Stephen Arthur and Miriam Short Westfall, sister Marjorie Alderman, brothers Vaughn Albert(Westfall)Williford, Mervil Lee (Westfall) Short and Louis Edward(Ed) Westfall. She is survived by two brothers Steve and Jerry of Odessa, Texas and One sister Shirley of Abilene, Texas.

Dorothy made the best homemade biscuits I have ever eaten. She made her children's clothes and cut out her own patterns for what she made. Loved to play bingo in her later years after the kids were grown and go to Las Vegas both when Jule was alive and after he died.
