Donald Clyde Touchette died at his home in Claremont, NH on October 27, 1976 after a brief illness. He was born on July 13, 1910 in Unity, NH; the son of George and Clara (Putney) Touchette.

He had been a resident here all of his life. He was a 1930 graduate of Stevens High School, a U S Navy veteran of World War II serving from May 27, 1944 to December 17, 1945, and had retired from Jones and Lamson Machine Co in Springfield, VT on July 20, 1975 after thirty years of service.

He married Elizabeth Zinkiewicz on October 26, 1935 in Claremont

Surviving is his wife; son George J Touchette of Norwich, CT; three grandchildren; brother Frank Touchette; and a sister Alice Newcity of Claremont.

Burial is in St Mary's Cemetery.
