MRS. BERTHA BEULAH KREBS
Mrs. Bertha Beulah Krebs was born at Underwood, Wash., March 6, 1905. She died at Salem, Ore., August 7, 1939, aged 34 years, five months and one day. Funeral services were held at the Gardner Funeral Parlors in White Salmon August 10, H.V. Rominger officiating. Interment was in the Underwood cemetery. A large attendance and many floral offerings testified to the esteem in which the deceased was held. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Thornton, of Underwood, long and well-known residents of this vicinity. She is survived by her parents, three brothers, Charles, Hugh and Fred Thornton of Underwood, and four sisters, Mrs. Aplin and Mrs. Breedlove, Mrs. Durkee, of Salem, Ore., and Mrs. Wolfe, of Elk City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her husband, Jefferson Krebs, one daughter, Vesta Mae and one son, Jefferson Krebs, Jr.
