Services for Bert Edward Jones, 91, of Rt. 1, Croton, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Croton United Methodist Church with the Rev. Leonard Williams and the Rev. Ronald Chrisley officiating. Burial will be in the Hartford cemetery, Croton.
Mr. Jones died Tuesday at his home. He was born July 31, 1884 in Licking County to the late Willis and Elizabeth (Devoll) Jones.
He was a member of the Croton United Methodist Church, a charter member of Hartford Grange, and a retired farmer.
Surviving are his widow, Dema Jones; a daughter, three sons and seven grandchildren. Three brothers, a sister and one grandchild are dead.
