Death Occurred instanly when a crosstie fell upon Clyde Rigg of Echo, W. Va. a few days ago. He was helping unload a steam shovel when the tie fell upon him. Rigg was 18 years of age and had been the sole support of his widowed mother and seven children younger then himself, for the past year.
