MRS. RUTH AILEEN MEALEY, 73, of 976 Buffalo Creek Road, Huntington, W.Va., died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 1987. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Buffalo Valley Baptist Church, Huntington, of which she was a member, by the Rev. Leo Gibson. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Kenova. She was born March 10, 1915, in Wayne County, a daughter of the late Thomas and Amanda Pinson Riggs. She was proceded in death by her husband, R.D. Mealey, on April 10, 1966. Survivors include two daughetrs, Ina Louise Rowsey of Tracy, Calif., and Janice Lou Maynard of Syracuse, Ind.; four sons, Paul G. Mealey of Columbus, Ohio, Jack G. Mealey of Prichard, W.Va., Michael Gene Mealey of Barboursville and Kenneth G. Mealey of Morgantown W.Va.; three sisters, Pauline Brumfield of Lynn Creek, Grace Nunes of Oroville, Calif., and Gladys May of Huntington; one brother, Linsey P. Rigs of Meming (Deming), N.M.; 14 grandchildren; four great-granchildrenl and several nieces and nephews. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington. The body will be taken to the church one hour before services.
